  • AOC ContentFlow — Multi-platform video publishing application
  • AOC Sentinel — Antivirus and system security software
  • Other products and services published on this website

By installing, accessing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our software.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable license fee, Artificial Online grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our software on the number of devices permitted by your license type.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software with others
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the software for any illegal purpose
  • Use the software to upload content you do not own or have rights to
  • Use the software to send spam or engage in abusive behavior on any platform
  • Attempt to bypass any security feature, license check, or activation system
  • Use the software in a way that violates any social media platform's terms of service

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content you upload through the software
  • Ensuring you have legal rights to publish all videos and media
  • Complying with the terms of service of each platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Bilibili)
  • Keeping your activation code and login credentials secure
  • Any consequences resulting from your content or publishing activities
  • Maintaining backups of your data and video files

4. Platform Compliance

Our software uses official APIs provided by each platform. You acknowledge that:

  • Each platform has its own quota limits, rules, and restrictions
  • Some features may not be available for all accounts or regions
  • Platform API changes may affect certain features without notice
  • You must comply with all platform-specific policies

5. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

  • The software will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • All features will work with every account or platform
  • Uploads will always succeed (platform outages, quota limits, and network issues can occur)
  • The software will meet your specific requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artificial Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Failed uploads or publishing errors
  • Account suspensions or platform penalties
  • Content loss or corruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the software license.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the software (including but not limited to code, design, logos, and documentation) remain the exclusive property of Artificial Online. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

8. Updates and Changes

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the software from time to time. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any feature without notice
  • Change system requirements for future versions
  • Update these Terms — continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms
  • Use the software for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent license or security systems
  • Engage in abusive behavior toward us or other users

Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the software.

10. Refund Policy

Refund policies are governed by the terms of purchase. Digital software products are generally non-refundable once the activation code has been delivered and used. Please review carefully before purchasing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
